• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the translation and localization of careerzynith content, ensuring that our customer service associates, delivery drivers, and customers receive high-quality support content in their native languages. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders, and prioritizing projects based on business needs and deadlines.
• Creating and managing translation projects in the careerzynith Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, and coordinating project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation/review process needs.
• Troubleshooting issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, and responding to linguistic queries from translation vendors.
• Requesting feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinating with vendors for implementation, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Using project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects that meet the requirements of the business.
