As a key member of our patient care team, you'll play a vital role in assisting callers with enrollments into various benefit plans.   • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative / Enrollment Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls (70-90 daily) with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting callers with enrollments into various benefit plans, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting outbound calls to verify information with Dr. offices and insurance companies
  • Utilizing de-escalation skills to resolve complex issues and ensure a positive caller experience
  • Multi-tasking while speaking with callers and entering notes into the system
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve patient care
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment (70-90+ calls daily)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with callers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in a patient care or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of benefit plans and insurance products
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
