As a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting with call routing or resolving issues on the first call
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels
  • Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and billing details
  • Accurately dispositions calls and ensures timely resolution of customer issues

  • Demonstrating reliable attendance and on-time job performance, even during evening and weekend shifts

  • *Qualifications:**

To succeed as a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/Dispatch Representative, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment
