  • *Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, representing our brand to customers and business partners (e.g., contractors, realtors, etc.). You will acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of our product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary goal will be to provide every customer with the best possible service experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
  • May assume other duties as assigned
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements:** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • **Minimum Experience required:** 1+ years of experience preferred
  • **Required Skills:**
  • + Computer literacy+ Problem-solving and decision-making+ Attention to detail+ Multi-tasking+ Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • **Preferred Skills:**
  • + Customer service experience and/or training+ Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • *Compensation and Benefits:**
  • **Hourly Rate:** $15 to $17/hour, with actual base pay depending on skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location
