As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Providing product or service knowledge to customers, either in-person or over the phone
- Resolving escalated or complex concerns from customers with a smile and a solution
- *What You Bring to the Role**
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it
- Computer experience and proficiency in software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it
- Computer experience and proficiency in software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
