Responsibilities and more:

    Location
  • Inhouse.
  • Based in New York or Brooklyn.
  • EST.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to Medicaid members from provided member lists.
  • Introduce available services and engage members who may not be expecting the call.
  • Perform eligibility screenings and needs assessments during the call.
  • Guide members through available services such as medically tailored meals and community support programs.
  • Assist members in navigating resources through platforms such as FindHelp.com.
  • Document all outreach activity, screening results, and member interactions within the CRM system.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach attempts and completed screenings.
  • Meet daily outreach and screening targets while maintaining high call quality.
  • Escalate complex cases or issues to the internal care coordination team when needed.
    Daily Performance Expectations
  • 40–60 outbound calls per day.
  • 7–10 completed screenings per day (once ramped up).
  • Accurate documentation of call outcomes and member status.
  • Consistent follow-up and engagement with eligible members.
    Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of outbound call center, outreach, or sales experience.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Experience handling high-volume outbound calling environments.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow.
  • Comfortable working with online systems and CRM tools.
    Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Medicaid programs, healthcare outreach, or social services.
  • Familiarity with community resource platforms such as FindHelp.com.
  • Experience with screening, eligibility verification, or service navigation.
  • Background in healthcare outreach, patient coordination, or benefits enrollment.
