We are looking for a Business Practices & Compliance Analyst to support compliance activities and ethical business practices in a bilingual environment. This role is responsible for assisting the Ethics function in Omnilife USA by managing ethics complaints, supporting investigations, delivering training, and promoting compliance with company guidelines among distributors and employees.

Reports to: Ethics Manager (located in Mexico)

Location: Plano / Allen, TX – Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: $60,000 per year

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide guidance to entrepreneurs regarding the guidelines of the Company’s Code of Ethics, as well as manage and resolve cases arising from non-compliance, ensuring at all times adherence to the policies and procedures established by the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide follow-up and guidance on ethics case complaints and advisory requests from distributors in the United States and other countries when support is required, ensuring timely handling through internal platforms.

· Conduct or support investigations related to business manipulation or other unethical practices.

· Train Customer Service teams, store employees, and Omnilife USA leaders on responsibilities related to the Ethics area, either virtually or in person, and coordinate related ethical activities in accordance with established protocols.

· Conduct ethics training sessions, both in person and virtually, for Omnilife entrepreneurs in the United States and other countries as requested.

· Maintain accurate case documentation, notices, and records in accordance with established ethics procedures.

· Review the ethics history of selected entrepreneurs in the internal system to verify eligibility for testimonials published in the company magazine, website, social media, pool assignments, and other related initiatives.

· Prepare and submit monthly reports on resolved ethics cases, entrepreneurs involved, and related activities to the Ethics Management team in Mexico.

· Develop proposals for ethics awareness campaigns for Omnilife USA with the objective of reducing irregularities and informing entrepreneurs about ethical guidelines and company policies.

· Under the supervision of the Ethics Manager, prepare personalized contract termination letters and explanatory communications resulting from violations of the Ethics Guidelines; coordinate their delivery, ensure proper receipt, and maintain the corresponding case files in accordance with established procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Ethics, Human Resources, or a related field.

· Bilingual English and Spanish (required). Applications without professional Spanish fluency will not be considered.

· Previous experience in compliance, ethics, investigations, HR, or related function.

· Experience managing sensitive or confidential information.

· Knowledge of corporate ethics policies, compliance procedures, or internal investigations is preferred.
