T Hub - Senior PHP Developer

Location: Germany
• Lead the development of robust front-end applications and backend automation processes supporting Deutsche Telekom Technik.
• Design and build front-end assistants (robots), system overlays, and interfaces (e.g., SOAP, REST) tailored to customer needs.
• Translate requirements from product managers and steering teams into maintainable, scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
• Apply agreed programming languages and tools to develop cross-platform automation and integration solutions.
• Approach complex technical challenges with creative problem-solving and innovative technologies.
• Actively contribute to research and development initiatives to improve processes and tools.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?
• Several years (4+) of experience working in IT industry
• Advanced experience with programming and application design
• Good skills in integrating systems and applications.
• Good understanding of Cloud systems, Dev Ops concepts and tooling
• Willingness to learn and teach new technologies.
• Being self-motivated and organized
• Solid communication skills (oral and written), and willingness to develop them further.
• Have knowledge in:
• PHP storm and object
• based programming
• JavaScript, C+, Python
• Selenium
• Git Lab
• HTML
• MySQL/ MARIA DB
• Docker
• English knowledge - upper intermediate - spoken and written (B2+)
• German language knowledge would be treated as an advantage

, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that automate and streamline business processes across multiple platforms, ensuring high quality, maintainability, and cross-team collaboration.

Working closely with product owners and stakeholders, you will analyze requirements, drive technical decisions, and mentor colleagues to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
