Hiring: Infor VISUAL Functional/Technical Business Analyst Production Support
Location: Remote / USA
Key Responsibilities
This role will support daytoday operations, triage and resolve tickets, manage access requests, and help analyze and troubleshoot issues across multiple VISUAL modules.
We are looking for a Senior Functional/Technical Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Infor VISUAL ERP (Version 9 experience required) to support a highly customized production environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of functional and technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and support day-to-day ERP operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support across Infor VISUAL Financials, Manufacturing/MRP, Costing, Projects, and Work Orders modules
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a heavily customized VISUAL environment
Handle ticket triage, issue resolution, and user access requests
Analyze existing customizations and reverse-engineer legacy solutions when needed
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to support operational stability and process improvements
Assist with enhancements, integrations, reporting, and workflow optimization initiatives
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Infor VISUAL ERP Version 9
Expertise in VISUAL functional modules including Manufacturing, Financials, Costing, and Work Orders
Technical experience with Visual Macros, VB.NET, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SQL Server
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Experience supporting highly customized ERP environments
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or production support environments
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder communication skills
