  • Maintain clean account structure, naming conventions, and organization
  • Identify performance issues and proactively troubleshoot (tracking, delivery, etc.)
  • Support testing roadmaps by executing experiments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal paid leads and creative teams to implement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, with strong platform fluency
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns independently across multiple accounts
  • Deep experience with Meta and TikTok (YouTube, Snap, Pinterest a plus)
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization levers, and performance metrics
  • Highly detail-oriented with a track record of error-free execution
  • Comfortable managing larger budgets and complex account structures
  • Strong analytical skills—you can interpret performance and take action without hand-holding
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize across multiple workflows
