Senior SEO Specialist (US Only)
We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with a proven track record of driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and executing data-driven SEO strategies. This is a high-impact role for someone who can think strategically while also executing at a tactical level.
Experience: minimum 5–7+ years in SEO
Rate: $50–$75/hour (based on experience)
Must be fluent in English and available during US hours.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page)
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved rankings
Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, indexing, crawlability, etc.)
Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams
Provide regular reporting with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
Minimum 5–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
Proven success improving organic traffic and keyword rankings
Experience with technical SEO and site audits
Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and ability to explain SEO concepts clearly
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
Agency experience is a plus
