Location Agent (B2B Outbound Sales)

About the Role
Vending Village is hiring Location Agents to support outbound business development across North America.
The role involves contacting property managers and business owners to establish vending machine placement opportunities, coordinating next steps, and progressing those opportunities through to completion.
This is a performance-based position suited to individuals who are comfortable operating independently in a commission-only environment.

- Core Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to property managers and business owners
- Introduce vending service opportunities and assess fit
- Establish clear next steps and timelines with decision-makers
- Collect and document required location and business details
- Maintain follow-up through to deal completion
- Track all activity and updates within the CRM
- Work Structure
- Full-time effort expected during standard business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Remote and self-directed
- No fixed schedule; time off does not require approval
- Performance is evaluated based on activity and completed outcomes
Required Experience
- Applicants should have prior experience in at least one of the following:
- B2B outbound sales
- Appointment setting
- Account management
- Commission-based or performance-driven roles
- Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Able to manage conversations toward a clear outcome
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Professional and direct in communication
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Typical monthly earnings: $3,500–$6,500 based on consistent activity
- No earnings cap
- Requirements
- Reliable computer, internet and phone
- Ability to maintain consistent daily outreach
- Capacity to commit to a full-time workload
