I am currently working closely with one of the main partners at a dynamic, veteran-owned firm that's exploding in growth while prioritizing grace, teamwork, and family values—allowing you to handle meaningful cases remotely with true responsibility and support!

- Proven track record of major wins, including defense verdicts in wrongful death trucking accident trials (e.g., unanimous jury finding no negligence for a truck driver in a collision with senior citizens, with costs assessed against plaintiffs), summary judgments in catastrophic cases like wrongful death trucking accidents in federal court, and rare summary judgments in product liability claims (e.g., dismissing a seller in an ATV malfunction injury suit by leveraging Texas non-manufacturing seller defenses, avoiding trial entirely).
- Manageable dockets of 15-35 cases per attorney, designed for deep dives into complex matters while ensuring billable work without overload—partners advocate for your success in a culture that values families, remote flexibility, and responsible autonomy.
- Expertise in commercial transportation, premises liability, and auto claims, with high-profile results from early dismissals to high-risk defense verdicts, all backed by 24/7 availability and expert industry knowledge.
️ The Role:
- Defend insurers and clients in complex insurance defense litigation, focusing on trucking, automobile, and premises liability cases.
- Handle depositions, discovery, motions, and trial strategy with partner support.
- Manage a balanced caseload remotely, digging into high-exposure matters like catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and FMCSR violations.
- Provide risk assessments, liability evaluations, and aggressive dispute resolution.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth in a firm that rewards excellence.
⚖️ About you: 8+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a preference for trucking, automobile, and premises cases. Texas licensed.
Location: 100% remote in Houston or Dallas.
Package: Up to $200k total package DOE.
