We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead Manager to join our team in Virginia. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the conveyance of critical knowledge to clients, ensuring their security and functional conditions are optimized for navigation and specific activities. You'll also serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data operations experts. Your expertise will be instrumental in scaling our services and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Drive the conveyance of critical knowledge to clients, ensuring their security and functional conditions are optimized for navigation and specific activities
• Serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data operations experts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement threat intelligence and data operations strategies
• Lead the development and execution of CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Manage and mentor teams of CTI professionals, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, threats, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Proven experience in threat intelligence and data operations in a client-facing environment
• Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities
• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to coach and mentor new CTI colleagues
• Ability to distill raw insights from sensors, incident response commitments, and other sources into reports and briefings
• Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous topics, develop strategies, and influence stakeholders

• *Compensation and Benefits**

The US base compensation range for this full-time position is $153,000-$234,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our compensation is determined by job, level, and location. The range shown on each job posting reflects the base and maximum target for newly added team member pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by work location and other factors, including position-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
