  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Respond to incoming call inquiries from patients, providers, and benefit offices in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
  • **Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Place and receive calls to patients and doctor's offices for prescription refills, provide information and education on mail order pharmacy benefits, and assist with routine questions concerning pharmacy benefits.
  • **Promoting One-Stop Service**: Assist patients with general co-pay inquiries, order status inquiries, and provide timely and accurate information on product knowledge requests.
  • **Accurate Documentation**: Accurately document each call taken or placed, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and updated in our system.
  • **HIPAA Compliance**: Maintain knowledge of HIPAA laws and medical adverse events, ensuring that all patient information is handled confidentially and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • **1+ Year Computer Experience**: Familiarity with computer systems, software, and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • **Customer Service Engagement**: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to their problems.
