As an Experienced Customer Service and Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer issues, and working closely with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. You'll be an integral part of our fast-paced and dynamic team, working directly with all members of the company to drive growth and success.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring they have a great experience with us and ultimately, more confidence in their long-term finances
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, working closely with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap
  • Act as an advocate for our customers, sharing feedback and concerns with our product and engineering teams to drive product improvements
  • Collaborate with our small but mighty team to drive growth and success, working directly with all members of the company
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our customer service and operations
  • Work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems, ensuring our customers receive the support they need, when they need it
  • *Requirements**
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Experience working in the financial industry, preferably with FINRA licenses (e.g Series 6, 7)
  • Strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals, with a passion for customer advocacy and feedback
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, including CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems, ensuring our customers receive the support they need, when they need it
  • Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced organization, a plus
