- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith to our customers and business partners. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our company.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned
- *Qualifications**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Customer service experience and/or training
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- *Essential Functions:**
- Ability to be on video call as required during working hours
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
