- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolutions to customer complaints and issues.
- Utilizing our Shopify platform to assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Managing order data, customer information, and inventory management through our NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Corresponding with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing clear and concise communication.
- Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage, and providing helpful tips to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with our fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring a consistent experience for all customers by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be flexible with weekend availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred, but not required.
