LPN Extended Hours PRN night shift

About the position

This is a PRN Night shift position, 7p-7a seeing patients within the greater Dayton and surrounding areas. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end-of-life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed. The Extended Hours LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
• Provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities.
• Provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.
• Provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

Requirements
• LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen.

Nice-to-haves
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice certification achievement
