- Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties by answering phone calls, and directing inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized client and caregiver records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Schedule caregiver assignments, and assist with on-boarding new staff members.
- Process billing, invoicing, and insurance documentation with precision and attention to detail.
- Support the coordination of home visits by scheduling visits and confirming caregiver availability.
- Handle correspondence via email and phone to facilitate clear communication among team members and clients.
- Assist with administrative projects that improve office workflows and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain social media post to promote the agency and gain referrals
- Establish and visit potential referral sources to increase sales.
- Lead the agencies marketing and advertising initiatives to promote growth
- Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), RingCentral, AxisCare and similar programs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable populations and team members alike.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare or home care services is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
