Social Media Intern (Part-Time, Remote)
About the position
Momentum Association Management is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Intern to support our growing marketing and communications efforts across multiple association and nonprofit clients. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing, content planning, and brand design within an agency-style environment.
- Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media content across multiple client accounts
- Create graphics and social media visuals using Canva
- Help maintain consistent branding and visual styles for clients
- Support the development of monthly content calendars
- Draft captions and assist with post formatting for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Coordinate with team members to gather content ideas and post direction
- Schedule posts using SocialPilot and native social media platforms
- Monitor trends and social media best practices to support engagement and visibility
- Requirements
- Familiarity with Canva and an eye for clean, professional design
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in social media marketing, branding, and digital communications
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X preferred
- Experience with SocialPilot is a plus, but not required
