### Job Summary The Sr. Analyst provides RCM analytics for the practice managers and staff, including payer trends for edits, rejects and denials of claims.
- ### Responsibilities
- Provide reporting analysis and support to the RCM National Director to assess training and process needs in the markets and practices
- Review and analyze claim denials and trending: educate operations on root causes
- Review Key Performance Indicators by practice with practice managers
- Prepares and executes improvement plans on missed KPIs in conjunction with National Director of RCM
- Attends all training & orientation sessions on RCM education in the markets
- ### Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle in large physician practice or revenue cycle company
- Excellent written/verbal & presentation communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint
- Next Gen/Athena Practice management systems experience a plus
- Experience with front end claim editing systems and eligibility software systems
- Knowledge of payer and industry rules and regulations
- Ability to work independently without onsite direct supervision
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust priorities
