Position Summary

Delaware County Community College (DCCC), located outside of the Philadelphia Metro area, is looking for a talented and dynamic Adjunct Instructor to join our team of faculty who are committed to student success. Adjunct Instructor who subscribes to the notion of meeting students where they are, DCCC has a place for you!

The Communication, Arts & Humanities (CAH) Division of Delaware County Community College is searching for Adjunct ESL Instructors to teach day and evening courses in all CAH disciplines. Instructors will teach daytime ESL classes in reading, writing, listening/speaking, and grammar at the high-beginning, low-intermediate, and high-intermediate levels during the Summer, Fall, Spring, and Summer 2025-2026 semesters. Instructors must hold a Master's degree in TESOL, TESL, or something equivalent, plus have appropriate teaching experience.

Since adjunct faculty positions are ongoing pooled positions, your materials will remain on file and reviewed on an as needed basis for adjunct faculty positions throughout the upcoming academic year.

Experience & Education

Qualified candidates must have a master's degree in the teaching disciplines (please denote relevant coursework on your resume), as well as requisite teaching skills and appropriate college level teaching experience. Note: Files without transcript information will not be accepted.
