Overview

    We are a growing signage manufacturing company specializing in the production and installation of custom signage solutions, including storefront signs, architectural signage, window graphics, and branded environments. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to support our continued growth by developing new client relationships and expanding our presence in the local market.Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, contractors, and property managers
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate signage and branding solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and project scopes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from manufacturing through installation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
    Compensation
  • Commission-based structure (15–20% per project)
  • Earnings potential tied directly to performance and closed deals
    Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline
  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
