What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Closer, you’ll convert high-value inbound B2B leads into long-term clients. You’ll speak with recruitment and staffing agency owners who want predictable pipelines of candidates and new business.
Your role is consultative — understanding their growth challenges, identifying gaps in their current approach, positioning Leadstars’ recruitment marketing systems as the solution, and guiding aligned prospects toward partnership.
You’ll manage inbound conversations, re-engage warm opportunities when needed, document activity in the CRM, and collaborate with leadership to help scale revenue responsibly.

Core Responsibilities
Closing qualified inbound leads
Recovering no-shows or lost-interest leads (identifying objections and re-engaging them)
Understanding client pain points deeply before pitching
Advising clients as a consultant, not a pushy salesperson
Maintaining a highly organized calendar and follow-up structure
Documenting all calls, objections, and action plans in CRM
Reporting directly to management
Key Results (6–12 Months)
Maintain high conversion quality with current inbound flow
Help double down on lead flow once quality is proven
Contribute to scaling the offer to support 1–2 full-time closers within 12 months
Maintain strong retention and client satisfaction

Commission per close: Average $1,000 per deal
Part-time OTE: $5,000 – $7,000 USD/month
