Fountain is a high-volume frontline hiring platform. The companies we sell to hire tens of thousands of hourly workers; think fast food, warehouses, delivery drivers, retail stores, hospitals. Our platform helps them hire faster, and our Signal Engine helps us find the companies that need us most.

At Fountain, we've built something most sales teams only talk about: an AI-powered Signal Engine that monitors thousands of companies in real time, scores them on 250+ buying signals, and tells you exactly who to call, when to call them, and what to say.

We're looking for one exceptional SDR to be the human voice on top of that intelligence!

What You'll Actually Do

Every morning, you'll get a call sheet generated by our Signal Engine. Not a static list pulled from a CRM - a live, ranked set of prospects scored by real-time data: hiring surges, tech stack changes, employee sentiment shifts, leadership transitions, and competitive signals.

Your job is to turn that intelligence into conversations. You'll call HR leaders, VPs of Talent Acquisition, and operations executives at some of the biggest employers in the US - companies like major QSR chains, logistics providers, retailers, and healthcare staffing firms - and open with something they didn't expect: you already know what's happening inside their organization.

Every objection you hear, every signal that resonates, every piece of language a prospect uses - it feeds back into the engine. You're not just making calls. You're training the system that makes your next call even better.

You'll have more qualified leads than you can call.

We currently track 1,200+ accounts with direct phone numbers for decision makers. Hundreds score above our "hot" threshold. The constraint isn't lead volume, it's your call capacity.

    What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2–5 years in B2B SDR/BDR roles. You've booked meetings, hit quotas, and know what a good conversation sounds like.
  • Curiosity about AI and new processes: This is the key trait. We don't need someone who's done things the same way for a decade. We need someone who gets excited by a smarter way to sell - who sees an AI-generated call brief and thinks "this changes everything," not "this isn't how I usually work."
  • Signal literacy: You can scan a one-page brief with data points (hiring volumes, Glassdoor scores, tech stack details) and translate it into a natural, human conversation within 30 seconds.
  • Industry fit: Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or operations leaders is a strong plus. Bonus if you've worked in or sold to QSR, retail, logistics, staffing, or healthcare.
  • Comfort with frontline hiring language: You say "hourly hiring" and "crew scheduling," not "talent acquisition transformation." You understand the world of companies hiring thousands of frontline workers.

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $90,000 USD + commission depending on location and experience.
