• *The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
• *Construction Recruiter**

to join our team. This role is dedicated to recruiting
• *permanent hires**

for key construction management positions, including
• *Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other leadership roles**

. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients to understand their needs and delivering high-quality candidates who drive results.
• *Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and place construction management professionals in permanent roles.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
• Partner with construction firms, developers, and contractors to understand staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment process: intake, candidate presentation, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay current on industry trends, salary ranges, and regional construction market dynamics.
• *Qualifications
• Minimum
• *2+ years of recruiting experience**

(construction or technical recruiting preferred).
• Proven success in permanent placements within construction management roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry positions (Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools preferred.
