Position Overview
- Supports dispatch operations and freight movement tracking, ensuring shipments are managed efficiently and operational standards are maintained. Local candidates may participate in hybrid settings; remote candidates are fully integrated into Oregon-based coordination systems.Responsibilities
- Track freight activity and maintain accurate dispatch documentation
- Support assignment of loads and scheduling coordination
- Communicate status updates, exceptions, and delays
- Monitor workflow consistency and operational adherence
- Collaborate with teams to optimize freight movement and planning
- Maintain detailed records and escalate issues as needed Qualifications
