    Schedule/Hours:
  • Flexible 6-week schedule cycle
  • Weekend rotation: every other
  • No on-call shifts
  • 75% holiday coverage required
  • Up to 6 days approved time off (excluding holidays)
    Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 18 months’ Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience; Ortho experience required for 7N/S Ortho team
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation, stroke care, and medication drip management
  • Familiarity with Epic, Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell medication dispensing
  • Willingness to float within the defined region to meet patient needs
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care to general med/tele and post-surgical/orthopedic patients
  • Perform patient assessments, monitor cardiac rhythms, and manage stroke and surgical interventions
  • Start peripheral IVs, manage chest tubes, drains, NGT, and post-op ortho precautions
  • Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary support team
  • Adapt to varying unit settings and float between facilities as required
