Post-Master's Level Therapist (Pursuing LMHC)

Mind Matters Counseling realizes that a positive work environment is incredibly important. We are currently seeking full-time or part-time contracted post-master's therapist - M.Ed, MS, MA to join our private practice. We allow flexibility within your caseload, the ability to manage your own schedule, and to work remotely.

Compensation:
• Fee for Service Model
• Rate: $35 per client
• Supervision

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education
• Living in Massachusetts
• Pursuing LMHC in MA
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience in psychology
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults
• Experience with individual, couples, and/or family counseling
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:
• One-two years of clinical experience.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
• Solid computer and basic technology skills are needed.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
