We are looking for a talented AI Chatbot Engineer to join our team of experts in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-driven chatbot solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline interactions. As an AI Chatbot Engineer, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing intelligent chatbot solutions using IBM Watson X Assistant for various use cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, backend engineers, and business analysts, to align chatbot functionality with business needs.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and Develop AI Chatbots**: Build, deploy, and optimize intelligent chatbot solutions using IBM Watson X Assistant for various use cases.
- **Integrate with Backend Systems**: Develop APIs and integration points to connect the chatbot with existing business systems and databases.
- **NLP and Machine Learning Implementation**: Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance the bot's ability to understand and respond to user inputs accurately.
