Role Description

Labcorp is seeking a remote Learning & Development Analyst.

    Work Schedule:
  • Remote (supporting Central and Eastern time zones)
  • Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 7 am - 4 pm Central / 8 am – 5 pm Eastern
    Job Responsibilities:
  • Designs, develops, and delivers Labcorp LearningPath Learning Path for workplace drug test specimen collections and associated web-based applications for Patient Service Center (PSC) employees, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Authors and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drug-free workplace specimen collection in PSCs in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Creates and updates promotional text for drug-free workplace testing and associated services for submission to Labcorp Corporate Marketing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develops and delivers learning material for external customers and specimen collectors.
  • Manages content within Labcorp.com, Labcorp Solutions, The Point and One World pages.
  • Uses collection data to pinpoint improvement areas and collaborates with leaders to develop, refine, and deliver targeted training solutions.
  • Maintains alignment with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) guidelines for specimen collection and laboratory procedures and incorporates changes into training programs and documentation promptly.
  • Supports internal and external audit requests by providing accurate compliance documentation including written letters and training records.
    Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years of experience creating compliance-focused training materials for drug‑free workplace testing collections, with strong knowledge of DOT and SAMHSA regulations governing testing and specimen collections.
  • Skilled in Learning Path design using Learning Path and Articulate, with experience creating promotional materials and producing clear, compliant SOPs and technical documentation.
    Requirements
  • Associate degree or higher (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare or laboratory compliance programs (preferred)
  • Familiarity with auditing and compliance reporting processes (preferred)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills (preferred)
