As a sales leader at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
- Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
- Directing the sales performance in specified regions
- Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
- Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
- Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales
- Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and clinicians
