We're seeking an experienced Customer Success & Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week). As a Customer Success & Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Sales Growth**: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • **Customer Success**: Ensure student success by providing timely and effective support, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.
