  • **Issue Resolution**: Open issue resolution cases and resolve higher-level problems as needed, using your analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • **Information Gathering**: Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records and updating customer profiles as necessary.
  • **Education and Training**: Educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and procedures to facilitate efficient self-service, empowering customers to take control of their accounts.
  • **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer complex issues to appropriate service partners, ensuring seamless handoffs and minimizing downtime.
