• *What You'll Do**

As a Customer Success Consultant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• **Client Relationship Management**: Manage and maintain relationships with multiple clients, ensuring satisfaction and success through regular meetings, emails, and issue resolution.
• **Client Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and identify revenue opportunities that benefit our clients.
• **Issue Resolution**: Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours, providing clear solutions and timelines to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
• **Project Management**: Facilitate project timelines, track progress, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• **Upsell Opportunities**: Identify upsell opportunities and connect clients with our Client Executives to drive revenue growth.

• *What You Bring to the Table**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience to the table:

• **3+ years of experience** in client/account management or a related field, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
• **Bachelor's degree** (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or healthcare.
• **Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills**, with the ability to navigate complex revenue cycle management processes.
• **Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel**, with experience working with project management tools and software.
• **Understanding of project management principles** and revenue cycle processes, with experience working with global remote teams (some team members are based in India).
• **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
