As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of careerzynith in our Streamwood, IL branch. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving business growth through a disciplined sales process. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
• Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation

• *Essential Qualifications**

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred
• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
• Bilingual Spanish
