As a Virtual Assistant – Social Media Customer Service and Community Management, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and messages via Facebook, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
- Moderating comments and interactions on posts to maintain a positive community experience, adhering to careerzynith's community guidelines and policies
- Assisting in creating and scheduling engaging content, including posts, polls, and other interactive elements to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Providing accurate information and resolving basic customer service issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
- Maintaining customer data confidentiality and adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the social media team to develop and implement effective social media strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and customer engagement best practices

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Customer Service role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement strategies
