- *Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Banker Resource to join our Branch Resource Team in MN. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. You'll also serve as a concierge for our walk-in customers, processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to build strong relationships with our customers and grow their business with careerzynith
- Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services
- Serve as a concierge for our walk-in customers, processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
- Effectively resolve customer issues and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) to bank more conveniently and better manage their money
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory related policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and other areas of expertise
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred
- Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- 1 year of banking experience preferred

- Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and other areas of expertise
- Strong comfort level with technology and ability to educate customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and growing their business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
