- *Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Telesales and Customer Service Agent at careerzynith, your responsibilities will include:
- Making sales calls, including follow-up calls to prospective customers (no cold calls).
- Handling inbound sales and customer service calls that are routine and typically follow standard procedures.
- Learning and complying with Federal and State legal requirements and standards.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills.
- *Requirements**
- Have an active Life Insurance license in your resident state (Required)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Having 2 years of customer service, sales, insurance industry, or call center experience.
- Comfortable working on a computer, including working with email & CRM systems.
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in your home.
- Being willing to relinquish any other appointments. Exclusive appointments with careerzynith are required for this opportunity.
- *Work Schedule**
- New team members will be assigned to either a Day Shift or Evening Shift in various time zones: + Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm (Eastern), 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm (Central), 8am to 5pm (Mountain), 6am to 3pm (Pacific).+ Evening Shift: Monday-Friday, 1pm to 10pm (Eastern), 12pm to 9pm (Central), 11am to 8pm (Mountain), 10am to 7pm (Pacific).
- All shifts require that you work every fourth Saturday from 9am to 6pm Eastern, and you'll get a flex day off in return the same week!
- *Compensation**
- Hourly Pay: Depending on your location, you can earn between $15.18 and $18.55 per hour. Your exact rate will be determined based on relevant work experience, skills, and location.
- Incentives: Enjoy a monthly sales incentive with no chargebacks, and if you're bilingual in Spanish, you can earn additional base hourly pay!

- Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando, and Milwaukee) have access to come into that office.
- Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US-based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
