If you’re organized, people-focused, and love managing details, this flexible role offers variety and the chance to create memorable moments for clients.
- What You’ll Do
- Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate event experiences
- Research venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations
- Prepare proposals, timelines, and confirmations
- Provide consistent communication from planning through execution

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Basic computer skills
