As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, providing an elite level of customer service to crew and passengers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Providing concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required
  • Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
  • Recording customer preferences in careerzynith's internal system
  • Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
  • Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partnering with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations
  • Maintaining a neat work area, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communications
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs
  • Basic mathematical knowledge
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by careerzynith's insurance policy (Requires a clean driving record)
  • Bi-lingual skills are preferred
  • *Reporting Relationship and Work Environment**

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

  • *Physical Demands**

The physical demands of this role include:

  • The ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Standing to greet customers during verbal exchanges
  • Walking throughout the facility to interact with customers
  • Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery
  • *Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**

This is a non-exempt position, with a rotating schedule that includes shift work, evenings, weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

  • Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level position
