- *Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our virtual operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer system or database, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality. You'll also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data entered, communicating with other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or explain simple procedures, and performing a variety of clerical duties.

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer system or database
- Verify the accuracy of the data entered to ensure the highest level of quality
- Communicate with other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or explain simple procedures
- Perform a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, document processing, and record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures
- *Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google
- Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies
- US and Canada resident only

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
