• *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Consultant, Global Equity (Remote Data Entry) at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in supporting our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• **Audit & Compliance:**
+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans.+ Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
• **Transaction & Reporting:**
+ Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases.+ Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations.+ Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
• **Stakeholder Support:**
+ Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders.+ Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
• **Continuous Improvement:**
+ Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).+ Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• *What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Consultant, Global Equity (Remote Data Entry). The ideal candidate will possess:

• **Educational Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• **Experience:**
+ No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus.+ Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
• **Key Skills & Attributes:**
