  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for managing customer success and ensuring customers realize the full value of our data security platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a roadmap to success, advising customers to reach business goals
  • Driving product adoption and ongoing use of careerzynith, while delivering and maintaining customer happiness
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive expansion revenue and manage renewals
  • Engaging with business leaders to thoughtfully help them identify upsell opportunities to expand careerzynith's footprint and depth of engagement
  • Communicating enhancement opportunities and product feedback across engineering, product, sales, and marketing
  • Becoming an expert on the careerzynith platform and our integrations, while keeping up with industry trends in data security
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of consulting, account management, customer success, or sales experience, working with enterprise customers in SaaS startup settings
  • A proven track record of managing enterprise clients supporting enterprise clients
  • A focus on customer experience with a priority on customer happiness and retention
  • The ability to drive to understand customers' business goals, anticipate future needs, and identify solutions
  • A high level of integrity and a desire to assist your team – you can be flexible as your team scales
  • Proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize enterprise customer accounts
  • Strong business acumen and an interest in machine learning and information security
  • An aptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical ability
  • A resourceful mindset – you may not have all the answers, but you know how to find them
