- Providing exceptional customer and technical support for our display products, including TVs and monitors, through incoming calls and internet requests.
- Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to ensure we're meeting our customers' needs and expectations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support solutions.
