We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Digital Engagement and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer registrations and website orders in our digital registration systems
- Providing support for customer questions and needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
- Assisting with data entry and record management in Salesforce, ensuring contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate
- Engaging with customers and clientele daily, creating a welcoming environment for all
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
- Process customer registrations and website orders in our digital registration systems
- Provide support for customer questions and needs regarding order support, website orders, website technical support, digital product access, and general Extension support questions and call routing
- Assist with data entry and record management in Salesforce
- Ensure contact, account, order, and other key data is up to date and accurate

- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of computers and software applications
