As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing exceptional customer service
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
  • Upsell if required, driving sales growth and revenue

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing omnichannel platforms to engage with customers and provide seamless support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Providing feedback and insights to improve our services and processes
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • *Qualifications**

We're looking for talented individuals who possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees (a plus)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience (a plus)
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher
  • Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
