As a key member of our Scottish commercial team, we're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly scaling business in the North of Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and partnerships with our top Scottish restaurant partners, leveraging your expertise in customer success, account management, and strategic partnerships.

  • *The Role**

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the daily relationship with a portfolio of careerzynith's most successful partners in the North of Scotland. You'll use your expertise of the careerzynith platform to grow these partners' sales, while helping them to improve their daily operations and become more efficient as they work with customers and riders. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth, improve partner satisfaction, and increase the overall efficiency of our operations in the region.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Maintain and grow relationships between careerzynith and our top Scottish restaurant partners through strong communication, both face-to-face and remotely
  • Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth potential through careerzynith
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Liaise with our rider operations teams to improve operations with your portfolio
  • Work with marketing teams to launch campaigns to accelerate restaurant and platform growth
  • Innovate, present, and project manage growth initiatives in Scotland to drive business results
  • *Requirements**
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a strategic partnerships role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to manage data and create compelling insights that are clear and applicable to drive business decisions
  • Effective relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company, with a proven track record of driving business results
