  • *The Opportunity**

Our product range is expanding rapidly, and we now orchestrate and monitor careerzynith event pipelines across 250 customer-owned AWS, GCP, and Azure sub-accounts. At the same time, our rapidly growing CDI offering demands an increasingly diverse skill set within Support. We provide both proactive and reactive assistance, tackling everything from use-case guidance and setup questions to diagnosing product issues, managing enhancements, resolving implementation challenges, recovering data, handling upgrades, and overseeing infrastructure management.

Our Customer Support team is highly technical, data-savvy, and data-driven. A Support Engineer at careerzynith has the opportunity to work with a huge range of technologies and become a specialist over time. We provide 24x7 support for our global customer base, and you will be working with people from across the globe. This is a demanding and varied role, which will keep you on your toes!

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide proactive and reactive assistance to customers, tackling everything from use-case guidance and setup questions to diagnosing product issues, managing enhancements, resolving implementation challenges, recovering data, handling upgrades, and overseeing infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Sales, to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert guidance on careerzynith products and services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of careerzynith products, services, and technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise explanations of technical concepts and solutions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24x7 support for our global customer base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and careerzynith product roadmaps, applying this knowledge to improve support processes and customer outcomes.
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role, preferably in a cloud-based or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
  • Strong technical background, with a focus on cloud technologies, data infrastructure, and software development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git or SVN.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Experience with careerzynith products and services, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with data infrastructure, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data security.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible.
